If you think the price is to go up, then you can buy them at current market value of 26 and hold them. You don't have to pay 30 for it :-)
Options are only valuable if they are more than the exercisable price, if not the paper is worth nothing.
Why do you want to buy the options at that price? Can't you just buy it from the open market and that way option will exxpire and there will be that many less open shares.

I didnt send the checks,our lawyer did.So,i dont have a clue when they were cashed.
Can any one tell the time between check cleared and Notice issued. My lawyer sent the checks and he will never bother checking his account daily for me. Hence Notice is the only thing i will get.

I also own a Nikon D40X. I feel you should adjust your aperature for the highest number that will allow a shot. My reason for saying this is that depth of field, the control of areas of sharpness in a photograph, can be easily done by graphic software after the shot is processed. My experience comes from film slr cameras & lots of darkroom time. Since switching to a digital slr I now shoot for everything as sharp as possible & then alter the areas in a photo that I want less sharp later. Saves time & makes for overall sharper images.

This is a great idea. My EB3 pending for almost a year now at NSC and cases at TSC are being cleared well with in the 6 month timeframe.
I really wish IV could take this as a top priority issue.
Lets have other members support us in this.

I received the I-485 approved notice sent e-mail and the Card Production Ordered e-mail twice. But I have not received the 'Welcome letter'. Also any idea how long it might take to receive the physical card?

U mention what u have filed and what u r expecting.
I think almost everyone has filed 485/140/EAD/AP.
I am just curious what exactly you want to know. Do you want to know when you will get your GC or about the receipts.
If you are looking for receipts, there is a thread going on for July filers by the name "July Trackers".
If you want to know when you will get your GC then i am sorry to say, even GOD cannot give you an idea.
I hope this helps.

I only enrolled in this school because I could not defend my thesis in time to apply for graduation so I have to extend it a semester and before visa nos. get over I applied for H1 under regular quota. My status is I 140 is cleared, waiting for the next step.
Question is....
My wife is on H4 and as it is difficult to get a job now and change to H1 (civil engineer),
We intend to use this time for her studies.
We need your suggestion (few people based on their own experience),
1.As we cannot afford financially to study in a full time college, we wanted to make it part time or online (whatever-which costs us less).
2.Is it good to study on H4 or betterto convert to F1 and study (so that SEVIS and further usage of it down the line!!!!)
3.If some seniors has done like this, pl advise some universities.

This is just a letter sized paper. No pictures. Some people accept it. Some don't. Even in Florida. It didn't use to have a signature. But I guess now it does. Last time I asked them and they said it is valid and should be accepted anywhere in FL. But, try renting a car with it.
Its worse if you have to travel out of state, and rent a car. I had to travel on work and it was horrible. Every time you use your credit card they ask for photo ID.
