My current employer filed my labor and 140 in 2007 under EB3 and are also approved. Now I am planning to move to a different who is willing to start my GC under EB2. Now can i use 2007 as my priority date?

Hello,
I am on H4 currently in US:
1) If I start working next month in india, is it advisable to go immly for H4 stamping? Any chances it can get rejected?
2) If I plan to go back to school for Fall 2010, what are the chances of getting F1 stamping later on ?
3) Does it matter if I wait till I get admit or reject (which maybe 6 mo's from now) then go for H4 or F1 stamping?

I am working for a client which gave me an offer for a respectable amount. it is much higher than the amount specified in ETA 9089 (F/5) column. my Onet code for the original labor is 15-1071.00. my new job is defined as System Specialist. my job functions( roles) are pretty much the same as my original labor certificate. I tried to search the Onet Code for System specialist and did not find a good match.
Can any one suggest me what are the options.

I also wanted to know weather USCIS will send any letter to new employer regarding to the offer extended to me. MY situation is the client is not willing to sponsor me.

The AP reports that Republicans want some serious money and personnel commitments for the southern border. And my own sources are telling me that some Democrats are looking at trying to get the DREAM Act in that same piece of legislation. I have an H1B approval from USCIS, and I am trying to go to Canada for the initial visa stamping. But then i have a problem. I initially entered the country as a visitor, and married a citizen, but only after my I-94 had expired for about a week. (My petition is still pending. The company I am working for could not wait for my greencard, since its already been years since I started that process, so they went ahead and applied for the H1B visa for me). I heard that it is a problem to do the visa stamping in Canada if you have been out of status before. Is it advisable to go to Canada for the visa stamping?:confused:
